ABOUT
Colette is my name and I am a Licensed Zumba® Instructor with a passion for life and Dance. On stage dancing since the age of 3 year old, Finding Zumba was truely amazing. I was lucky to do the 1st Zumba Fitness Instructor course in Ireland and I have now 8 more Certified Zumba Instructor courses done.
I absolutely love Zumba Fitness, it is my life. I get so much pleasure from my classes and the wonderful people that I have met through it. Zumba Fitness students actually smile as they work out, and watching people grow in confidence and enjoying themselves makes it all worthwhile.
It’s not all about losing weight. It’s about making you feel good in mind and body and soul. Dancing to upbeat Latin American songs and some chart hits is exhilarating energising, and so much fun!!!
- Zumba Fitness is exercise in disguise! It’s effective and gets results. You will hardly realise that you are burning all those calories!
- Our classes are structured to suit all levels of fitness and all age groups. You don’t need any dance experience, just join in anytime. Zumba is infectiously fun and outrageously additive.
- We encourage you to go at your own pace until you get to know the music and routines and your fitness level increases. Step it out at the beginning and increase the intensity when you feel comfortable.
- Together is better! Bring along your friends also many of our students have become friends and socialise outside of class…. So come and try it!
